Abstract: Vector line map information for 1:24,000 Quadrangles throughout Napa County. The USGS produces a quadrangle grid for the state of California. Each grid represents the topographic land area covered by 7.5 quadrangle maps. Quad names are assigned by the USGS. The Napa Quadrangle Grid was created for use as a coverage by Vestra of Redding California.

Abstract:
Vector line map information for 1:24,000 Quadrangles throughout Napa County.  The USGS produces a quadrangle grid for the state of California. Each grid represents the topographic land area covered by 7.5 quadrangle maps. Quad names are assigned by the USGS.
The Napa  Quadrangle Grid was created for use as a coverage by Vestra of Redding California.

This data is  used to determine which USGS quad a project area is within, so that information can be displayed, queried, etc.
