Historic Polygons depicting Voter Precincts as provided by the Napa County Elections Department. It was updated in June, 2020.

Purpose:

Voter Precincts in Napa County
The precinct lines are determined by the Napa County Elections Department. They are based on voting areas with the same administrative areas. The digits in the precinct numbers corresponding to the following:
1st digit is the Supervisor District.
2nd digit is the Municipality -- 1 = unincorporated 2 = City of Napa , 3 = St. Helena, 4 = Calistoga, 5 = Yountville, 6 = American Canyon.
3rd digit is the School District -- 1 = Napa Valley, 2 = St. Helena,  3 = Calistoga, 4 = Howell Mtn, 5 = Pope Valley, 6 = Fairfield Suisun
4th digit is the NVC & BOE Trustee Area -- 1 to 7, 8 is NVC 8 Only.   
5th digit is the Napa Valley Unified School District Trustee Area.
6 digit is separate precinct distinguisher if all units above are the same.
