Supplemental information:
A sphere of influence is a planning boundary outside of a districts legal boundary that designates the districts probable future boundary and service area.
Established in 1967, Silverado Community Services District (SCSD) is a special district that provides street lighting, street sweeping, landscape maintenance, weed abatement, and other administrative services. 
SCSD's jurisdiction includes unincorporated areas northeast of the City of Napa, including the Silverado Country Club.
