The area covered by this data is referred to as the Watershed Area because it encompasses the Napa River Watershed. This is roughly the western half of the county.

This layer was created by building a TIN model using the mass point and breakline shapefiles with 3D Analyst. The TIN was then exported to ESRI grid format using ArcToolBox and linear interpolation. A 10 foot cell size was used for this layer.
Converted download file to a file geodatabase containing a raster instead of an .e00 export file.
