Abstract: The Response Zones for Emergency Services in Napa County: Urban (8 minutes), Suburban (10 minutes), Rural 1 (15 minutes), Rural 2 (40 minutes), and Wilderness (60) minutes. The layers used to create the zone features included municipal boundaries and the county boundary. The Rural Zones was initially created by georeferencing the zones.pdf map. Census data were included in the analysis.

Purpose:
These five zones were developed collaboratively by Napa County's Emergency Medical Services Agency. Each zone estimates the average time anticipated for an ambulance to respond to a medical emergency.
