Subsequent use permits may have altered certain aspects of the winery's original approval.

In some cases winery use permit applications ask for a range (10 or fewer, 11-24, etc.), and in some cases an exact number is provided. For ranges, the max value is listed. For exact figures, FT employees are expressed as provided and PT employees are expressed as 0.5 per employee (i.e. a winery with 4 FT and 3 PT employees would be 5.5 total)
