Point feature for Hazardous Material Business Plan Facilties.

Purpose:
To identify the location of businesses regulated by the Hazordous Materials Business Plan regulations.

Supplemental information:
California Health and Safety Code Chapter 6.95 requires that all businesses that handle hazardous materials in excess of 55 liquid gallons, 500 solid lbs or 200 cubic ft of compress gas be inspected every 3 years. 
This dataset was developed for the County of Napa Environmental Management department to locate businesses that are regulated by the Hazardous Materials Business Plan.
